Registration VendaProfit
Activating your VendaProfit customer account in three steps:
1. Do you still not have a SwissPass?
If you have not purchased any public transport travelcard yet, you can obtain a SwissPass free of charge from any public transport counter.
Please bring with you an official identity document and a recent passport photo to order your SwissPass.
You can create your SwissPass login on swisspass.ch under "Register". For the SwissPass login, you need the customer number of your SwissPass card and an e-mail address.
Note: An e-mail address can only be used once.
2. Opening a customer account
The only thing you have to do to open a customer account is to activate the payment function on your SwissPass. More details and registration on www.swisspass.mfgroup.ch (You can register in a separate window). It can be closed once the registration has been completed).
Note: Remember your PIN, which you set during activation. You will need it for your first and every tenth purchase at the VendaAutomat. You can change or redefine the PIN at www.swisspass.mfgroup.ch.
3. Logging into VendaProfit
Log into the VendaProfit customer account at venda.ch/portal with your SwissPass login. You can now benefit from discounts in the three regions with your SwissPass.

VendaProfit customer account’s functions
The VendaProfit customer account offers the following features:
- Transactions
Viewing a list of tickets bought over the last twelve months
- Receipt
Select a ticket purchase in Transactions and download its receipt
- Products
View details of purchased tickets (e.g., validity)
- Favourites
For an even faster ticket purchase with the SwissPass.
Procedure: Under «Products» you can see the tickets you have already purchased. You select one of the tickets and give it a name (e.g. Sport). The next time you log in with your SwissPass, you will immediately see this favourite on the destination selection screen.
As a guest, you can use a non-registered SwissPass, credit or debit card to retrieve and download a receipt of any transaction you have made. Anonymous and safe.
Would you like to delete your VendaProfit client account? Log in to your VendaProfit customer account at venda.ch/en/registration. Click on the button "Delete VendaProfit client account" under "Account". Upon your confirmation your personal data will be anonymised.
